New development

Gabriel seems to be taking the 18-24 month milestones very seriously. :-) Today, we (Noelani, Bailey and I) witnessed the milestone of Gabriel going "pee-pee" in the potty for the first time! Up to this point, when he was having "naked time" and had to pee, he would pee first (on the floor), and then tell us. The last few days, though, he was peeing, telling us, and then going to sit on the potty. Tonight after dinner, he said "pee-pee", so we got a diaper to go clean it up...but Bailey said he didn't pee, and he hadn't, so we asked if he wanted to sit on the potty and he went and sat on it. And...he peed! Much rejoicing occurred! There was a small parade as we escorted the potty and it's pee into the bathroom to pour it into the big potty. There was some "woohoo"ing at that point. It was very sweet. I set my expectations that maybe this was a fluke, but then 20 minutes later, he did it again! More woohooing and rejoicing occurred...but no photos, so you will just have to picture it all in your minds...

18 months old!

I didn't compare his height to prev bookshelf pixs or quilt pixs, but I am *pretty* sure he is a little bigger on that quilt!

Yeah, it's my year and a half birthday and I'm just hanging out in my chillin' clothes.
